how fun! i can remember playing in rain water as a kid too!
I remember letting my kids do the same thing...and being right there with them as they did it! Rain is fun and so is mud (sometimes!)

With all this rain and new rainboots how could we, being the awesome & fun parents that we are, say no? Don't worry this was ALL rainwater headed straight for the ocean.
