I think there must be something terribly wrong with me. I'm actually getting excited about the upcoming homeschooling school year. Is it because we've been on break for a bit and I feel rested? Our new classroom my husband & boys are building? The prospect of year with changes from things learned from the previous one? Or am I just one of those crazy radical homeschooling large family mommies that some just don't understand? All of the above? Sure.

I think it's because you know how much fun you're going to have! Your family is beautiful--and I love the 'before' and after shots on your sidebar. It's always nice to know a family isn't 'perfect.' (Who'd want to be, anyway?)
I didn't homeschool and my youngest (of 4)graduated a few years ago, but I sure respect and understand people who do. Frankly, the way the world is changing, if I was young and staring out now, I'd certainly consider it!
I can't wait to read your homeschooling adventures. My girl's only 15 months, but I'm trying to soak up as much knowledge as I can!!!
