Dear Dad,

I just want you to know you're my hero, my daddy, my life map and fix-it-man who knows everything. I have the best Dad in the world. And proud to be told 'Father-like-Daughter'. I cry out for you to be whole again. Not to be sick anymore. My little ones pray every night with tears for their Papa. We NEED you. We need you to be here for a VERY, v-e-r-y long time. I never thought you would be sick, never thought you would ever rest. You work, build and fix. A man stronger than superman. You start chemo soon hoping and focusing on something, anything that might work. I want you to know that you are so brave for making this decision knowing how sick you might become. But you have a fighting heart, a heart that doesn't give up and a spirit that endures. I love you. My batch of little ones love you . And my husband loves you. I just wanted you to know that.

p.s. By the way, thank you for letting me stand on your feet and hold on tight while you danced with me when I was a little girl.

So sorry to hear about your dad, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family right now. Don't give up hope ok? My FIL was told there is nothing left to do for him and after a year of the doctors telling him this, he is still feeling really well :) He has liver cancer.
I hope your dad will stay strong and fight this, he sounds like a strong man :)

Wendy, You have been on my mind so much lately. My heart aches for you. It sounds like you were blessed with an amazing Father. You posting all your posts makes me realize how each day counts so very much. We never know what is around the corner. Live for today. We have never met , but you are a blessing in my life. You give me inspiration everyday. I have made my blog public again, in hopes I can bless someone as you have blessed us all so. Hugs, and prayers sent your way.....Marla
