Tooth Fairy Wishes and Keepsake Pillows

In this tiny pocket you will find
A teensy, tiny tooth of mine.
So while I sleep where dreams are made,
Let's see if you can make a trade.
In this pocket I will lay,
the little tooth I lost today.
Please, dear fairy,
tonight as I sleep
leave me a coin.
My tooth you can keep.

This special little pillow is about 32 years old and was
passed from my hubby to our little boys.

Princess-Mermaid-Fifi-Cupcake-Twinkie-Dolly-Sushi (Sophia) made this tooth fairy pillow with her Grandmother while visiting for the weekend. She isn't losing any teeth yet, but when she does, she wanted a pink one, of course!

How sweet! My kids put their's in a bowl by the tv in the livingroom, because I couldn't find it under their pillow in the dark without waking them up. Later I saw a doorhanger pillow and thought that was a great idea! What darling tooth pillows, real treasures.

What cute tooth pillows. When I was a kid we wrapped our tooth in a kleenex and put it under our pillow.

Just stopping by for Show and Tell. How precious that your boys were able to use the same little tooth pillow that belonged to their dad! The poem is very sweet too!

I smiled when I saw this. Our daughter always left her tooth in the kitchen--said she didn't want strangers in her room (even if they were a fairy bearing money :)

Those are precious little keepsakes--especially the 32 year-old one! I noticed folding money; I guess the tooth fairy is doing okay during these tough economic times! Thanks for sharing. Happy Show and Tell Friday!
