wild man

There was a Mommy who had a boy
and Stinky was his name-O
S-T-I-N-K-Y, S-T-I-N-K-Y
S-T-I-N-K-Y
And Stinky was his name-O

We have a little boy who runs the house (at least he thinks he does). Sometimes we let him believe this, sometimes it drives us nuts depending on the extent of his demands. We have always called him Stinkin' Lincoln or just "Stinky" for short. He thinks it's really funny.
My brother told me that he used to call their now 8 year old, Messy Jesse, but then they felt bad speaking that over his life. I get it. But it is really hard not to call Lincoln, Stinky. His favorite past time at the moment? Climbing up into his oldest brothers' bunk bed and getting stuck. Getting stuck means we have to listen to him whine really loud. After he is rescued for the kazillionth time, he climbs right back up and gets stuck again. If I didn't know any better, I'd say he was doing this on purpose.

We have a Stinky too! Although, his real name is Asher....but it wasn't too long ago that he would tell people that Stinky was his name!

And he got his name because he WAS. I changed more dirty diapers on that kid than I liked. He was always messing them!

Thankfully, now he's potty trained. We don't call him Stinky too much anymore ;)
