family, party and pictures.

We had so much fun hanging out and celebrating Christmas at my Mom's house on Saturday. I was really disappointed because my sister (& family) and niece (& family) weren't able to make it, but nonetheless we still had a very nice day.

My Mom did it up with tamales and posole. She said she was getting her Mexican on. By the way-- She is Mexican for all those who think I just made a racist remark. Ha!

And the family Christmas show just keeps getting better. I am already excited and looking forward to next year. ‘Cause I'm crazy like that.

Before we left to my Mom's house, I made my cute little (big) family take some family pictures in the back yard. I don’t get many opportunities when everyone is dressed nice and we’re not in some kind of rush so I took advantage of it.

We had a few deep sighers and grumblers, but that didn't stop me from taking way too many pictures. This time, Tallulah just wasn't going for looking at the tripod like she did for our Christmas card. It's okay, though. I'm still happy happy happy with what I got from my little self-timer photo shoot.
