This Makes Me Smile!

I love coming home and seeing this taking place in my garden:
PickleChips & FinneyDolphin enjoying the beauty of my hard work.

I'm not sure if they ever leave the garden and many times I find their kitty friends fast asleep under one of the rose bushes. Once I had a commenter 'concerned' that my kitties were stuck outside in our California elements-- Yes, outside where it is scary, cold and uncertain. I will assure you that my cats have the benefits & choice of the great indoors. However, they CHOOSE to spend all their time chasing birds, chasing each other & frolicking in the sun. Heck, sometimes PickleChips runs behind my big hydrangea bush and waits for one of us (including children) to walk by so that he can jump out and pretend to attack us. No one is gonna keep that 'self-proclaimed-tiger-of-the-garden' inside.

What cute names for your kitties!

Hey, if they are happy outdoors that is their choice and you don't have to fool with cat litter...it's all good!♥

OH my kitten is the same! He wants outside ALL of the time, wether it is snowing, raining or sun shine. I can't keep him in what ever i try. Till late in the eve, when it is dark. Then I WANT him inside so I lure him with his dinner, and sometimes he comes running straight away and most of the times i have to call him often!! Shake the dinner box, call sweetly or angry, but Mr. Elvis comes when HE wants to, and he is only 9 months YIKES!!

Kitties in the garden. I love it. My cat also hides in the hedge and then attacks my leg.

Your border paper is very pretty too.

What a great shot! I, too, have a kitty that likes her time outside. Don't EVEN try to keep her in if she wants out:)

My Sammy kitty preferred the out of doors too. He would howl at the windows and door begging to go out. I always worried about him because he was declawed and meant to be an indoor cat. But that little stinker could jump. I hate to admit that he would catch birds in flight. I had a home with a loft and he would flip me out because one minute he would be downstairs and the next up. ~ Robyn
