I Love It-I Found It

I was looking (inspecting closely) at one of my Romantic Country Magazines, when something just captured my eye. You know one of those things you must have. So you begin to stare at "it" as close as your eye can. The issue was the February-March issue featuring "Vintage Vision" at Elizabeth Holguin's home. I just fell in love with her house. It looked so CUTE! In her front room, she had a metal alphabet letter with pearls attached. I thought someone, somewhere must make those. I ebay-ed my little fingers away until I found it. I was so excited because it was a "buy it now"--which I did of course. So here is "my" little bit of "Romantic Country Magazine" in my home-sweet-home.

That is really pretty! I will have to dig out that issue and take a look again at the home you mentioned.
Thanks for stopping by and for your kind comments on my treasures! I, too, thought it was interesting that the writing was so faded on the plate, yet the roses were still vivid. Must have been the gold paint used on the writing?

Hi Wendy, thanks for dropping by my blog! Yes today was a quick 'n' easy supper for sure. I sanded the cupboards today and now priming is the next step. I love that letter N you found. Going to have to check that out!

Very Pretty! Michael's Craft store used to have them for $1.00. I'm not sure if they have them any longer but I got one with J for myself and a few others for friends.

How big is the one you got? The ones at Michael's was about 4 or 5 inches.

Hugs,
Joanne

That looks so sweet! It reminds me of a NOEL I bought last Christmas--it was wire with golden beads on it. I use it on a wreath.
