The Love Bus

Dear Children,

Your Daddy and I have decided to throw all caution to the wind and go completely off the deep end. While we once looked like a fairly typical family in our suburban, it will now be impossible to hide with the recent purchase of our 15 passenger van.

We are no longer ordinary, we are extraordinary!

Due to our growing family both in numbers and the size of each little person, we had to have something bigger. When you get to be a family of 9....and counting....there are only a few vehicles that suit your needs-- and none of them look very cool. But this was the coolest we could find.

So instead of arguing about who stepped on who, you can now argue about what row you'll sit in. When all is said and done and you look back on these days, we want you to know: we did it for you.

Love,
Your Daddy & Mommy

We would LOVE ONE! Especially with #8 on the way BUT where we live, it's essential to have 4wd so the Brady van is a NO GO for us! We are buying a 4th row seat for our Expedition! Congrats on the love bus!

We bought a 12 passenger van in a year ago and love it. And I think it's kind of cool in it's own way.

I love it!
p.s. I have a tutorial (that I've heard is great?) on how to make your pics larger on your blog...it's in my sidebar...it's really fast and easy, which I know you NEED...everything I do must be fast and easy too! :)

We have one too. :) We fondly refer to it as the prison van. Now you just need to fill it up. lol

Congrats! I just love your blog and would love to email you with some questions. I have five 7 and under and I also homeschool. It is very difficult and even more difficult to find other mums that have so many so close in age. If you are ever available to answer some questions my email is sevenswansaswimming@yahoo.com, my blog is sevenswansaswimming.com! Thanks for writing, it is a blessing!

AWESOME!! I loved the way you put it!
We also drive a 15 passenger van and minivan for shorter trips. My friend just bough a 15 passenger too.
It's great to be able to load up the children, their friends, and even take out the back seat for cargo!

to echo a few other commenters... AND COUNTING???? Did I miss something? *wink*
congrats on the new van! We have an 8 passenger one and bought it when we only had 3 children (LOL) and I warned my husband that it was as if he was giving me an "ok" to fill it to capacity! ...so we added another child..and hopefully one more down the road! :)
May you have MANY miles of family fun in your "love bus"! :)
