some things I can't do:

As I get closer to my due date, here's a few things which are getting increasingly difficult to do:

Getting out of bed in the middle of the night to use the restroom.
Bending down to pick up the hundredth lego left on the floor.
Bending up and down to put laundry into my top stackable dryer.
Sleeping through the night and needing to move from my bed to the couch and back to my bed.
Sweeping the floor and needing to bend down and pick up the pile of food.
Picking up something that I keep dropping.

Some things are difficult like anything that has to do with what use to be my stomach muscles.

Rolling from one side to another while getting comfortable in bed.
Sitting up.
Washing or drying my feet off.

Some things are difficult like bending over and zipping up my boots.
Painting my own toe nails.

Anything that has to do with bending or squatting.

Thoughts for the day said...

wow I do remember those days, many years ago. My husband used to have to put my shoes on for me and tie them especially with my daughter as she was breech and her head was right under my rib cage and I could not bend over for fear of hurting her. (her back was to my front and her legs and hands were near my back and her buns were down) It was a C section birth and would have been a VERY difficult 'delivery'. (even though I was in great labor at the hospital)

HA! I love that picture!!!! I'm only 27 weeks but I am definitely coming to grips with the fact that I am nearing your stage!

Looks like my view! I'm 33 weeks and its definitely getting harder to do everything you mentioned. Then there's things like bending over to put on a bandaid, kiss a boo boo, pick up my youngest... the list goes on. If the shoe doesn't slip on easily I'm not wearing it!
