pistachio cake.
This is a 'yummy recipe' given to me by my mother-in-law.
I ALWAYS bake it here to celebrate a special day.
A family favorite and a family tradition.
Pistachio Pudding Cake:
1 pkg. White Cake mix
1 pkg. Pistachio pudding
1 cup Soda Water
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
Bake as directed on box
Frosting:
2 cups Whipping Cream
1 pkg. Pistachio Pudding
whip until thickWe love it here and hope you do too!
When I make a cake, I always use my bundt pan. For Easter I add pastel sprinkles and for Christmas I use red and green.
Let me tell you...it looks REALLY cute, like a wreath.

Pistachio is my favorite.
Unfortunately, my younger daughter is big time allergic to it!
My mother used to make us a cake similar to this when I was little. I always loved how fresh it was...thanks for sharing! I'm definitely saving this recipe!
